Useless. Fails to let me log in. The website works fine.
Works well for finding volumes and requesting them.
Shuts down immediately if you try to use any other function beyond logging into your account. The app has been nonfunctional for months.
It's a nice app, but after 3 years... still useless. There is still no login option on the main screen or the main menu. I have to open a menu, select "other" and then select login. Then it always forgets my username and password, so if I'm on the road the app can't be used.

Crashes a lot (just go to my location option), very slow response to searches, terrible UI experience. I am really sure this app can be improved by leap and bounds. I recommend the developers check the libby app for such a polished experience and clean user design. I hate to use this app to do anything useful.
Doesn't allow location information. Not as easy to use as I would like
Been good 'til now. Some location features have been iffy but now every time I try to access locations from the menu the app shuts down.
This app is not user friendly. In my opinion. I have a hard time finding books I'm looking for. But once I do it works well.
Works great, easy to renew and make holds.
